Industrious worked closely with the client and other consultants to find an EQ solution that was not only progressive but within the clients budget feasibility.
We worked to apply earthquake strengthening methodology adopted post 2016 Earthquake’s - specifically securing unreinforced masonry across the entire southern face of the building over 10 floors.
The building needed to be seperated from The Terrace to allow a seismic gap, all while maintaining an adequate surface and strength to support a high traffic footpath.
Challeneges such as abestos removal and completing the works with the tenants in situ, were all expertly navigated by Industrious for a successful project completion!
Industrious took on the Project Management of an Integrated fitout for a commercial office space. We carried out intensive works for both the Landlord and Tenant to deliver an amazing space for a long-term tenant.
Taking the project from every stage through to completion, Industrous managed the design stage, lease negotiation, planning and procurement, and carrying out the eventual works.
Challenges included removing a structural column to allow for open plan environment and adding additional structural work to the roof for added support.
