Industrious is a New Zealand property company built for what property is becoming. We run projects, portfolios and assets on an intelligence engine we built ourselves, so a senior team can deliver work that used to need a firm many times the size.
We started like any good property firm: experienced people who cared about doing the work properly. Then we did something most firms only talk about. We rebuilt the business from the operating system up, around intelligence, and turned the boring 80% of property management over to an engine that never sleeps and never forgets.
